One of the great things about having hemp legalized in your state is law enforcement has had to look at their cannabis enforcement policies. Because hemp and cannabis are basically the same plant and are indistinguishable from each other, they must be tested to find out who’s who.

Testing is very expensive and law enforcement will not spend the money to test personal use quantities. In case you’re ever asked by law enforcement what are you smoking or what’s in the bag or what kind of plant is that make sure you answer, “I have no idea, you’ll have to test it”.
